Electro vs Elongated Man - Electro.
Elektra vs Earl of Greed - Weird.....based of the mentioned criteria it would go to Elektra. EoG is, apparently, a God but has only been in one story and didn't do anything. His mentioned powers aren't really that useful in this battle...or, well, any battle.
Excalibur vs Elastic Lad (Jimmy Olsen) - Excalibur.
Emma Frost vs Evil Superman - Emma Frost. We all know how Superman does against telepathy. Emma is second only to Charles.

I am curious as to why you chose Excalibur. Also isn't Evil Superman already being controlled?

He doesn't just win in the Gs, he wins in the end.

The team, Excalibur? If so, I hope you are joking. If Evil Superman is being controlled then you have to tell me the controller. If Emma (which is likely) is a better telepath, then you'd better believe she would win. Not to mention that Superman, while under mind control, holds back to an extreme.

Nevermind Evil Superman was from an alternate universe...
My choices Electro defeats Elongated Man 9/10
Earl of Greed defeats Elektra 6/10 He is a god after all
Excalibur defeats Elastic Lad 10/10 I hate Jimmy Olsen and refuse to legitimize him further by even letting him compete. Garbage powers for a garbage character.
Emma Frost defeats Evil Superman 9/10 as the psychic abilities rule the combat

How does Earl defeat Elektra? With his immortality? He has no powers that would really make him win in combat. He wins when old age claims Elektra?
Which Excalibur? Send me a link or something.
I'd say Emma wins 7/10. The only possibly way she'd lose is if Superman knew she was psychic or for whatever other reason went for the kill ASAP. One split second of holding back, for arrogance or otherwise, would be his end.

Earl of Greed masterminded World War 2. Elektra masterminded a teeter totter dance and in the comics a second rate gypsy look. The truth is that both characters are week. Earl of Greed is just less pesky. Excalibur link - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faiza_HussainWhere does Evil Superman get his 3 at. I agree with your logic, but that is Emma 9/10 times logic.

Earl of Greed doesn't physically do anything! Elektra (don't talk about the movie, we're not doing that) is one of the greatest hand to hand and melee weapons experts in the Marvel U.
That Excalibur is awesome! She was in the very underrated Captain Britain and the MI13 comic. Great character. She would dominate Jimmy.
Evil Superman gets the 3 because you can never count him out. Superman could react faster than Emma could gain control or influence, it's more than possible. Emma sometimes panics if she is in fear for her life and switches to diamond form, where she cannot use her telepathy. If she goes on the defense she dies.

If you're talking about the Crime Syndicate's "Evil Superman," he belongs in the "U" category under Ultraman.
If so, he beats Emma 9/10. She wins the first round with her Brainy Power, but thereafter, he lobotomizes her from space.
Excalibur beats Jimmy, always, but that sucks because he is awesome.
The others, I have no basis for opinion.
